I've become a bit of a champion for small Australian businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and Skwosh has absolutely earned a spot on that list. Through a complete stuff-up of my own, I accidentally created a logistical circus while, at the very same time, dealing with another retailer whose customer service experience was becoming. . . let's just say "less than inspiring. " The contrast couldn't have been clearer. The team at Skwosh didn't make me feel embarrassed or like I'd created a problem. They simply rolled up their sleeves, helped me sort it out, forwarded my parcel, organised a fresh return label, and communicated with warmth, humour and kindness every step of the way. It reminded me that customer service isn't really about policies. It's about people. The clothes are fantastic quality, but what impressed me most was the quality of the humans behind the brand. In a world where genuinely thoughtful customer service feels increasingly rare, these legends absolutely nailed it. Get behind this brand. Great quality clothes. Better quality people. My son loves the shirt, but unfortunately after just one wash the colour already faded badly. I used Vanish spray on a stain, which I regularly use on coloured clothes as it’s supposed to be colour-safe. However, the shirt became patchy and noticeably lighter in some areas. Really disappointed with the quality as it’s not worth the price.

Tried contacting Skwosh on multiple occasions to return a number of items that do not fit and have not heard back. Fells like they either do not want to accept the returns or are trying to delay until the return period expires. Extremely poor
