Customer service was fast and thorough

Website and order super easy. Shipping arrived 3 days before the website said it would and no concerns with packaging. My only issue is can’t tell when it’s on vs off and left on multiple times which drains battery but no worries the 5 minute drive to the gym is just the amount of time needed to charge for 59%. No complains. Used on airplane, in airport and next to screaming baby. I was chill. Even used just the Noise Cancelling function without actually listening to anything on the plane. Amazing.

Hello. I'm writing a review about Skullcandy earbuds. It's the... I think they're the Grind model. They're outstanding. I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate it. You're replacing some old Skullcandy's. The Sesh Evos. You replaced those. And they were good too, but something happened to the battery compartment or the battery system in it. And it all just died out. It just stopped working. What happened was it stopped working one day completely. And I don't know why. But that was an outstanding little pair. But they lasted about six months. So you were fantastic. Your company was fantastic. Replacing those earbuds with the new Grinds. Absolutely free of charge. And I am thrilled to have these. And, you know, I didn't have the receipt. And you went above board. Way beyond, you know, in dealing with my issues with this return. So thank you so much. These are outstanding. Highly recommended to people. And the audio quality is quite, quite good at a very, very reasonable price. So again, thank you very much. Your customer service is also outstanding. And I give you five, you earn five stars. Thank you very much.
