It took two weeks and for me to chase them on Facebook for them to ship... However... they made it for it with a free mug and a refund on one bag of coffee. My order was here the day after I had spoken with someone. If you need to contact them, Facebook messenger seems best. All in all, it's a good company, the coffee is nice and the mugs are good. My first order with them was quick, so it doesn't seem like it's a normal thing with the late shipping, just a one off.
