Good communication on delivery. We assembled the foosball table, and everything was there and in great shape. I was very pleased.

Ordered my game many weeks in advance communication on the delivery was very hard to get- even up until 2 days before. Outside of that it was fine -I had them set up the game - which I think is a good idea given the level of investment. It plays as advertised and has been fun to use in our home.

Process was easy. Friendly people. I bought the deluxe. Everything seemed of quality, except the scoring area. The plastic is cheap and it affects the gameplay. Balls bouncing back to the player, rattling around and just feels cheap in that regard. Would love to know if there is a replacement/ upgrade I could buy for the scoring area. I was hoping the kids would enjoy it more than they have.

Technician brought the wrong machine and the fee to hook up was way overpriced. I do love the correct machine.
