I am pretty disgusted. I purchased 4 pairs of sunglasses and need to return 2. I finally found an online form to fill out but submitted it 2 weeks ago and have not received anything back. There is no way to contact Sito, but they are quick to indicate on their site that returns can only be done within 30 days and only if they first review the return and approve it. You cannot send the return without their approval but you have 30 days and they will not respond. I know I will never recommend Sito to anyone. Judi Mullin Order#1936
