Wrong items delivered and terrible return experience
I’ve received wrong items, payed for the delivery and the return. In addition, the return experience is not user friendly, the site was crashing making me remake my request all over again and again

Camo Hoodie
Overall a good hoodie , it’s thick and sits nicely. But i’m disappointed with its quality i’ve had it for three weeks and it’s already very bobbly. It’s been washed a max of five times and always on a low heat. I bought it directly from the site and i think for the money it shouldn’t wear this quickly.

Abysmal customer service. Sent the wrong size then said they would send out the right size once I’ve returned the item. Only to give me the run around and say, after I have returned it, that they don’t have the original size I ordered in stock when they had already said they had held it aside for me. Had no sympathy when they had ruined a gift at extremely short notice and I’m now left out of pocket to buy another gift, as a replacement hasn’t been sent out and I haven’t received my refund yet due to timings. Absolute joke! Not the first issue me or my partner have had with sisters and seekers as we have now had two huge issues in 6 months with a shocking outcome each time. If you value good customer service, you won’t get it from here

Poor Quality
Bought the ‘Yoga Hoodie’ and the slogan started to unravel after one wear. Very overpriced for the quality received & only offered a 25% refund, not satisfied at all.

Disgusting customer service!!!!
I ordered a cardigan from Sisters and Seekers after being on the waiting list for it come back in stock. I ordered immediately. It arrived, and I wore it the next day. Within 3/4 hours of wearing the material started to bobble and pull away - they accused me of not looking after it. I work at my desk, working from home? I took it off after wearing it for the morning and packaged it up straight away to return. I cannot return it because the app is still saying its being processed and still being shipped out, even though its delivered? I reached out to customer service and they have offered me 20% for the repair?! I didn't damage anything, I wore the item like you are meant to do and in less than half a day it looks completely scruffy. I can't believe the service here. I looked online and loads of people have commented saying they had the same issue - yet they have blamed me? Disgusting.

Dreadful customer service
Absolute worst and most condescending customer service I’ve experienced. I would advise people to take photos of postage receipts as this company will claim and argue you haven’t returned certain items, on one occasion I had to prove the weight of my returns parcel indicated I returned all my items.

Terrible company
Ordered twice from this company with huge disappointment each time. First order only one item came and they said it left the warehouse and therefore it was our problem? The package arrived sealed? Would only refund the items after countless emails and had to pay to send the joggers back. Second order was placed on the 27th December and only today have they emailed to say that the joggers are now out of stock and won’t be delivered! Horrific company absolutely awful customer service. Please do not waste your money.

Re order the joggers, which I received correctly, however after comparing them to the xxs ones, the colour was faded, and orange in places, were very poor quality. Looked like they had been washed and material was bubbled. Third time, we ordered the matching red jumper, but they sent a navy, men’s brother and kins jumper instead? Customer services were not helpful.

Horrible service. Package hadn’t arrived after 17 days. After 3 emails, which they ignored, and multiple DMs, they finally got back to me saying their “system was down at the time of purchase” and offered no compensation. Would not recommend!

Disappointing experience!
I ordered a Series Emboss Hoodie in Yale and found out a week later, that i ordered a hoodie that wasn’t even in stock! Prior to this, I even contacted them asking about my order and was reassured that it would be shipped out soon. Very disappointing experience from sisters and seekers.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the products. I originally ordered the Jetty Sweatshirt and when it arrived it looked extremely dissimilar to the photo on the website and the quality was poor. I decided to exchange the item for the logo hoodie, as I had heard good things about the brand and wanted to give it another go. However, this arrived extremely late and when it did arrive the embroidery of the logo was all coming off and the fluffy fabric of the main logo looked like it had been caught on something previously as it was all coming away. It’s a shame as I had high hopes for this brand but have been left feeling very disappointed.

great clothes but not great communication
I ordered some clothes and the joggers were too big, i exchanged them, took forever for them to be sent out and never heard anything from themselves about it being sent out again only from royal mail when they received it. the joggers have now come with no drawstring attached and no one is responding to my emails, they didn’t about the exchange either when it was gonna arrive. i can’t exchange them again as there isn’t a new code for these joggers it just tells me i’ve exchanged them once

No loyalty to loyal customers!
Really disappointed with this brand, built up loyalty points over quite a few orders which converted into a voucher. Unfortunately the hoody I purchased with the voucher was too small vs other hoodies I’d bought in the same size so returned it…. But my voucher didn’t get refunded! I contacted customer services to be you loose the voucher if you return an item! And it’s in the T&Cs, sure it is but who reads these in depth when making a purchase seriously. Make it more clear to your customers. I’ve lost £35 and this is hardly a fair was to treat loyal customers. Oh and they have messed up several times charging me for returns but returns should be free because of my S&S status. DISAPPOINTING!
