I wanted to exchange or return an item that didn’t exactly fit me. The size I wanted was not in stock, so I had to make a return. I got a non-readable QR code for return 2 times. After that I sent a long email explaining my problem and situation: I did not have time to make another attempt to return. I hoped that maybe they would extend return period or something like that, but they kept saying the same thing. So I was not able to make a return. I am really disappointed in service and lack of support

Bought a lot from ST and love the quality of the product. Shipping was fast. Only returned one item as fit has been great! I have ordered 2 of most items I liked everything so much!

I have a hard time finding a pair of leggings like this that are high waisted enough, but not too long or too thin and in good quality. I would buy again from this brand.
