This is my third purchase from Sipsey Wilder and I'm super happy with everything I've bought from them! The quality is amazing and my first purchase has lasted me years, still going strong as my favorite wallet. 90% of my order was perfect, and I really want to sing the praises of this company because everything else I've gotten from them was awesome and great quality. However, your return policy on seasonal items is not well stated in the listings and I found out the hard way you cannot return them after the fact. I would not have purchased originally had I know it was non returnable and the print is much darker than is described on the site. It feels like a bait and switch honestly, which is disappointing from an otherwise awesome company.

Originally I purchased a Grumpy Toads Venture Wallet, as it was the only Grumpy Toads product available. Not long after ordering it, the full line was re-released. I requested to return my first order so I could purchase a Tablet Crossbody bag, which was quickly approved. I shipped back the wallet without ever opening the package, ordered the Crossbody bag and it arrived promptly. I love it -- the pattern is wonderful, the size is a little bigger than my previous bags, but not overwhelmingly so, and it's so well-designed. I LOVE IT. Highly recommend the Tablet Crossbody style and ordering from here. They are quick to respond and so easy to work with. Big fan of Sipsey Wilder for life, here!
