after listening to audio clips of many bowls featured. The audio clip of the bowl I purchased was accurate, and best of all, captured a full minute of the audible vibration which was helpful as I use the bowl with meditation. Responses to my emailed questions were quick and helpful. Shipping was prompt, packing of product was carefully done. The cushion is beautiful. The two mallets, one covered with suede the other with felt, offer a sharper versus softer tone respectively when struck on the bowl. A very thoughtful service that both were provided.
