Item arrived quickly and exactly how we wanted. Was a tiny bit concerned as we put in the notes some information and was expecting to have to pay an upcharge. Received no communication other than the item was on its way. Was happy that it was how we wanted without having to pay extra, but it was a little nerve racking waiting to see.
