Is it possible to switch our account to your Ohio division - it would cut down the shipping time considerably - please advise.

So far pretty good, but read what I said about your proofing system. It needs to be immediate after job submission OR only start the job when WE can approve the PDF. Don't let jobs just automatically go to print without someone looking at them. You could even give us the option of no review - like check the box and it will just go to print. Pretty simple. I'd hate to have something go to print that I did not review first AND it was wrong. The only reason I say this is YOUR PROOFING EMAILS COME OUT HOURS AFTER THE JOB IS SUBMITTED sometimes. There is no answer to why. Make them immediate or wait until we see it. Thanks. Call me if you would like to discuss further. Brian
