When I started my order, the system promised me free shipping, which I got on previous orders. But when I checked out the two items, I was charged for shipping. I am concerned that the order system is inconsistent and not honest.

Experience overall was good but I would prefer speaking to a CSR person and not a bot when I call.

Shipping prices need to be reviewed, your prices are great but even if your right outside a major area, shipping prices skyrocket and on some products make so your amazing wholesale prices turn out to be way to much when price per item is concerned. I would have purchased a 4' x 4' sign but it would have cost almost 220$ to ship. . also pricing for shipping changed from one day 165$ to the next day 297$. . all the same courrier and destination which doesn't make sense.
