Works as advertised. We live in a valley and cell signals are pretty weak. We switched from a high priced cable internet plan to our phone carriers plan for half the cost. We were getting 70mbps download and under 1 mbps upload. Installed the Waveform Quad Pro and now we are getting consistantly in the 300 mbps dowload range and 7mbps upload. Extremely satisfied. Will pay for itself in 6 months with the savings. Thank you.

Waveform support rocks the house ! Support helped us to get additional cable and splitter to complete our installation. Shipping was prompt and on time. We have gone from 2 bars to 4 bars and are very happy with the results!

We have 5G home internet.
We have 5G home internet. Our signal had been okay (3/5) bars, but video calls were occasionally choppy or would disconnect. The external antenna gets us to 5/5 bars with better upload and download speeds. Thus far we've also had much better video call performance. The manual was well written and the instructions were easy to follow. We got a "scratch and dent" antenna that had some minor scratches on the mount. They're not even noticeable once it was installed. Would highly recommend purchasing an antenna if you are having signal problems.

Product work great as advertised! Although, I do have an issue with the support bracket. The plastic is fragile on the u-bolts. Mine cracked due to high winds and needs replacing due to my pole not being completely round (kind of egg shape).

Some questions I had had to be routes through T-Mobile as my hotspot/router provider that I wish could have gone direct through Inseego as T-Mobile shuffled me through a few folks to troubleshoot activating guest Wi-Fi by turning if MLO inside the Inseego app. But overall I am satisfied with the product doing what is was advertised to do.

I have been using Cel-FI for 4 years now and they really made it possible for me to work from rural location. I only recently upgraded to the larger antenna and I saw immediate 3x improvement. The support they gave me during initial setup was beyond expectations. I was very frustrated and they were very patient with me. It is not easy to setup but if you put in the time or get really lucky it is well worth it.
