We purchased a music stand that was slightly faulty, and had zero issues replacing it. The staff were lovely and responsive, the store is beautiful.

Jaqui had an sos call as my daughter broke her A string at Creative Generations in Brisbane. We are regional so couldn’t help her and no one could get over there to pick one up BUT Jaqui went out of her way and delivered the string so she could continue to perform. Now that service!! Can’t thank you enough!!
