We love our hot water dispenser as the water container is 3 litres and that means only 2 fills during the day instead of constantly refilling the jug. It seems to hold up well so far to the constant usage. It is easy to use, clean and refill. Love that you can choose a moderate temperature instead of boiling water. I really recommend this product and the quick and efficient customer service.
