I wrote this review already, but under a product review and honestly it more appropriate to the website and customer service specifically. Very disappointed in this company. Does not honour their mistakes. On Christmas I found this website and there seemed to be a free shipping events being held. While browsing I found an item that appealed to me and went through the process of seeing how much it would cost. Came up with a free shipping option, fantastic, I ordered it. Even came back an hour or so later and ordered another, different item, also at free shipping. This morning I received an email stating that there had been a glitch in their system and neither item should have been offered at free shipping and each would come with a 15 dollar shipping fee. While I understand that it is unfortunate for a company to have to eat the cost of issues on their end, I do believe it is an important and sometimes expensive lesson that needs to be swallowed and learnt from in the future in order to maintain good customer relations. I was very much looking forward to my items, and others at full price/shipping fees should the items received been of good quality, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. Please beware.
