No complaints ever about customer service and quality is usually on point - I have had some underwire issues of late but I exclusively wear SP so I can say that 90% of the time the bras last 4 years. 10% of the time the underwire snaps or pushes out of 1 of my bras in rotation but I always get compensation and a replacement bra
