Used both in the US and recently for the first time in Europe -- worked flawlessly in both, just took a few minutes for initial setup in Europe, but once setup was done, it worked just as reliably as a home line. Highly recommend.

I bought the Solis Lite Hotspot when I went back to the USA from Japan for a short visit. My carrier didn't exist in California, so I had no connection for a few days. Luckily I was able to order directly from Solis and promptly received my hotspot a couple of days later (using expedited shipping). It was completely intuitive to use right out of the box and I was able to start using it right away. What makes it "nearly" flawless is that it does take a few minutes to startup and find a local tower to connect to. But once you're connected, it's awesome! I was able to carry it around with me in my pocket and it never disconnected unless I powered it off. I love that there was no external SIM card to insert. For the price, you can't beat the Solis Lite!

My business requires almost constant world travel. Connectivity is extremely important. While hunting for internet on one of my trips, I was told about Solis by a fellow business traveler. We just started our 2nd year of operating mobile marketplace, which mostly operates on the weekend. We have been using our Solis from day 1. Having the pay-per-gb plan is perfect to run our point-of-sale system no matter where we are. Plus, we only pay for what we use and not have the expense of a monthly plan when we have a limited need for data. Once, in the middle of a sale day, our system couldn't switch networks. I contacted support and they had back up and opperational in under 5min.

It worked great in Ireland. It's small and fits in coat and pants pockets, so I could take it anywhere amd never needed to use data.

I love not having to buy a new SIM card for my Wifi every time I travel! So far I’ve always had a great connection in Australia and USA, anywhere there’s good mobile/cell service.

We love our Solis puck. We use by the gig right now and we are going to start using per month. We use it at the cottage and when we are camping. We have had great luck with our puck.

I have had a Solis device since 2018, used it on The Alaskan North slope sitting on the shore of the Arctic Ocean, Canada, United States, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Thailand, India, Qatar, Romania, Germany, Netherlands, dependable trustworthy also any time there was any difficulty in a new country (Couple of times) customer service had it sorted in mere minutes and then it was zoom, zoom zoom again.

It is a must-have for overseas travel that I have been using for over 4 years. Usually, if you use a local SIM card, you will not be contacted from your home country, so you always look for Wi-Fi, but public Wi-Fi is very vulnerable to security, so you are reluctant to use it. In this case, it is a product that can be used in any country. And public Wi-Fi is not everywhere, so it is a travel essential that you must bring along with your passport when you go on a trip.

I have connection in every port I’ve been through.

We went on a 39 day cruise and they wanted $100 per day for Wi-Fi package. We took Skyroam and it worked in every country except two. We were able to make phone calls, email, text, etc. without any trouble. About 10 people on the ship knew what we were using and will buy it for their next trip. We also used it to set-up our Blink security system at home while on the trip. I have been using it for about 3 1/2 years now and love it. Will not go anywhere without it.

Campground was supposed to have Wi-Fi, I could connect to the router but no internet service. I was out in the boonies on Lake Texoma, so I plugged in Solis, bought some data was able to get online to work. Saved me running around trying to find Wi-Fi somewhere else in town that was 30 miles away.

Works well. Great to have WI-FI on the go!

I live in Texas and there are some areas where I travel where internet is very weak. I wanted a device that was easy to use, easy to reload and didn’t need a carrier SIM card. After traveling to Australia and Japan, this product is amazing! Not a hick up in my phone. It was seamless in data streaming especially when you use Google maps in another country. If you have not purchase one, then you are out of luck. Data roaming is so expensive and to get daily service from your carrier is detrimental in usage fee. Use what you saved to get your souvenirs from the place you are visiting. You cannot go wrong in using Solis! We were satisfied with the device! a 5 STAR!!!
