Bought my SIM card in Canada before traveling to New Zealand. As soon as I landed, a simple phone call for activation and good service so far all around the Auckland area!!

Ordered 2 SIM card for Japan. Didn't recieve them. Company was easy do deal with. Because it was posted via express registered post there was a record as to where it was "lost" . They refunded my money promptly after Australia Post deemed it lost by them. I don't have any jesitations to order from SimCorner again.

I ordered the sim express with little time to spare and it arrived in 2 days as hoped. Otherwise very user friendly. The only downside was that I couldn't call my husband except in wifi areas as he had his Australian phone
