The SimCorner card was excellent. Very easy to use. We ordered the card from Canada, and received the card before we travelled to Europe. Popped it into our phones before leaving the plane. It was great. The support was fantastic as well.

It worked fine when w got to Italy for the first 2 hours. Then I was not getting a data connection even though my Home Screen said I was connected to 4G. I went through the trouble shooting on the pamphlet that came with the SIM card to no avail. I then emailed simcorner through a wifi connection and had a response back within 5 minutes.
