The jewelry is great and reasonably priced.( Except for the labradorite stones.) The customer service is good too. Although when it comes to problems with merchandise you tend to not address it.

I’m waiting for more than a month my package arrive, and nothing happen. A lot of excuse and problems with the shipping and lost package. I paid for the package arrive in a date and didn’t happen.

I love most of the jewelry I have ordered. Where your company needs to improve is dealing g with complaints and issues. Example : I received a necklace with broken chain. Sent a message to your Customer service. They said they would replace it. I told them they could wait and send it with my next order. I still have not received the chain 2 orders later. Even after sending a reminder email.
