I definitely can’t forget to say how wonderful the customer service is they were very helpful which I appreciate very much! I do all of my shopping online do to being disabled and it’s hard to find really good customer support and customer service they’re so helpful and nice!! I mentioned the ring in my review for the earrings but I had to return the ring only because I ordered the wrong size I spoke with customer service right after placing my order she tried helping me to cancel my order and reorder so I would be able to get the correct size but unfortunately I’m not very good with computers meaning I wasn’t fast enough to cancel and reorder. I must say that she was very helpful and very nice and I realize there’s only so much she can do. I highly recommend there jewelry it’s made well not thin that it would bend easily. I’m definitely going to try them again and there prices are very good.

Beautiful earrings but I have been purchasing Silpada jewelry for 20 plus years and the weight and quality of these earrings does not compare to others purchased previously that I am still wearing many years later. It’s disappointing and I will most likely not purchase more Silpada jewelry because the cost is not supported by the weight and quality of the product any longer. I also purchased several stretch bracelets and quality was same, lesser than in previous years.
