I'm giving a 5 star because I never had problems with shipment. My packages always come in good timing and condition. However, with everything that's going on shipment can run behind and that's understandable. I like that without me asking, the company did give updates on packages. And customer service is friendly and helpful.

This blow Dryer is mind blowing. 2 words that describes this: Fast and Easy! I'm natural and I had the hardest time blow drying my hair and now It's fast and easy and straight. When I tried it on my clients it, cuts down a lot of the drying time as well as it straightens the hair very well. I love it and highly recommend this product!

This product is one of our money piece in the salon. We have a lot of clients who wear a lot of extensions or their natural hair. It’s mandatory to have a restorative treatment before installing extensions. We recently added the cost for a restorative treatment to all our extensions services.
