I have not had a chance to use the lights in a show yet. However, the instructions that came with the system were very clear. Everything I tested seemed to work very well. When I called with questions before purchasing, I was provided with very complete and clear answers. I saw the lights in someone's booth and they looked great!

It wasn’t until I was setting up at a show that I realized that one of my Y cables was missing. I contacted Silicon and they. Responded very quickly . I ordered a replacement cable and received it quite fast.they have always been available with their responses with any issues and questions I have. I love the lighting system.

We were in a total last-second, fire-drill situation, and Eric helped us out big time. Late on a Friday afternoon, he helped me identify the correct replacement adapters, and got them in the UPS within the hour, directly to the convention center at which we were exhibiting. Then he followed up to ensure we received them and that we were using them correctly. I've worked with this company before. Excellent product and excellent service. Happy to recommend.

Eric at Silicon Lightworks is always great to work with. Light bulb is back up replacement. The lights are wonderful and saved me a lot of money having to pay for electricity. I often recommend them to other vendors.
