The silencer central process was quick, easy, and painless. The longest waiting period I had was the finger print process, and from my understanding I will only need to complete once with SC. I will continue my suppressor purchases with them going forward.

If you follow the step-by-step process, it is very simple and goes quick. You can make it quicker by getting digital prints done but that’s up to you.

Purchasing through Silencer Central made the ATF process as smooth as it can be. I used an existing trust and the reps used that with no problems. All steps were clearly documented and direct interactions were completed in quick fashion. All the waiting was either on me or the ATF!

Very disappointed at the end. Along the way the process was fairly smooth, starting with a sales person who claimed to know my specific rifle (Kimber Mountain Ascent) which is already threaded so for only an extra $40 you'll need an adapter). Fast forward 10 months. excited to get the suppressor and sight in the rifle before leaving in a few days for a mule deer hunt I've been planning for over a year. Arrives "just in time". The adapter is wrong. Call ASAP, they have no regret/concern/care about my situation. Made me pay for a different adapter, put the pressure on to order right away so they could get in in the mail that day (I called early AM, they said they would mail same day if order was placed before 1pm. It wasn't close. Said it was impossible to overnight ship anything (really, how does a company operate without fedex and ups pounding down there doors!?) Got confirmation it was mailed TWO DAYS LATER. I'd like more suppressors for other firearms, but I sure wouldn't like to go through that BS again.

They contacted me shortly after submitting my winning certificate and made the entire process quick and effortless, handling everything seamlessly and minimizing the steps required on my end. I didn’t have to worry about errors or rejections. Once submitted, my trust was returned in just 30 days. Overall, it took only 45 days from the day of purchase to the day I received it. Customer service is awesome. Time to get the adapter I ordered was a little long but all worked out.
