My customer service experiences with Silca have always been great. I'd like to see exploded views of pump heads showing what replaceable parts are available for purchase and self-repair, though.

I used the secret chain blend, 1 strip chip and 1/2 of a enduro wax bone. I followed the process with a brand new Shimano 12 speed chain. The waxing system work easy and with no mess. I cannot wait to test the waxed chain after

Nice pump. Requires lots of muscle to get high pressures compared to meeer models.
