The post office lost the box. I never received my package.

I ordered from you guys a couple years ago multiple times and loved it, all I needed was one box and my teeth were white. I have told more than 10+ friends and relatives about you guys and how you guys are better than the other big name brands. I recently finished a box and almost half of another and barely noticed anything. I have a box to my friend and she said the same thing.

No accurate tracking w the shop app which was annoying but the product was worth it

I really like this product as it tastes good and whitens my teeth really well. I would give it a 5 star if the strips were a bit longer to cover more of the side teeth. Otherwise I am very happy :)

I love Zimba!! These strips have made a huge difference in my teeth and with genuinely no sensitivity whatsoever! I love the flavor options, mint and coconut are my faves. These strips are super easy, effective, and incredibly affordable! Huge fan, highly recommend!!

I have been notified through our postal service that they will NOT be delivering my product. Tracking has stopped. When contacting Zimba, they told me there was nothing they could do and to continue tracking the package. Yes, there is something you can do! Either refund my money for the product that I am never going to receive or resend the product, perhaps try a different delivery service like every other company over the holidays did in order for their products to be delivered and received in a timely manner!!
