I have reached out multiple times to let you know that you didn’t send me the correct items. I ordered two pairs of pants, and you sent me one pair of pants and a shirt. In fact, those pants pictured above? You didn’t send me those, even though that is one of the things I ordered. You sent me a wine coloured shirt instead. I am getting very annoyed by your lack of response. It would be really nice if you rectified this issue.

I had a few issues with this company. The pants themselves run larger than usual – and were too short. I found it ridiculously difficult to find the link to begin my return "request. " In addition, the return policy requires a $10 fee!! So basically, I just paid $10 (plus tax) to try on a pair of this company's pants. How very absurd. And offensive. In addition, upon placing my order, I immediately realized that they had been shipped to the wrong address. I immediately reached out to customer service to change the shipping address – but by the time they wrote back to me a few days later, the pants had already shipped. In other words, their service is not quick. In addition, even though I've already written a review on the previous page, now I'm being asked to write it again.

I love tribal clothing. I like the cotton used in alot of the clothing and most items you can wear all the time and with anything. I have alot of Tribal in my closet and hope to collect more.

Ordering process is easy, there was an issue with the wrong shipping charge (it didn’t apply my VIP status) but the Tribal customer service quickly rectified that. Fast shipping despite being December.
