Received wrong item after wating 2 months

I made an unfortunate error in my order and the Customer Service response was superlative.

Ordering was easy but I have not received my order yet. I hope it comes soon.

Took a month to arrive and wrong size was sent. I like these socks otherwise though

The socks are exactly what my son needed for his AFO's - they fit perfectly. It was a huge relief to see how well they fit! The folks at Thuasne notified me of a delay in shipping my order due to backordered materials, which I appreciated. It turned out that the delay wasn't nearly as long as they suspected, which was a nice surprise.

My daughter wears a back brace and these are great!

These socks are essential for AFO wearers. They also last for multiple washings and remain comfortable. Shipping is quick. All good .

Only socks my dad finds comfortable. Also hold up well after washing.

The cost for the shirts were already steep, but we were ok with paying the higher cost since the warranty would/should be honored since we ordered directly through the company. But had we known it would take over a month to receive the shirts when we expected it at least a week after placing the order, we may have gone elsewhere.

Sadly the sizes were much smaller than expected and the items are unusable for my grandson

Shipping could have been quicker but the product was worth the wait.
