The night before leaving for a concert I got notification that my boots were not going to come in time. A friend of mine suggested style bar and sent me a link to a pair of boots. I did not know that they no longer had a storefront, so messaged the owner to see if they had my size before I drove to the store. She informed me that they no longer have a store and only do online orders now. knowing this was an absolute fashion emergency and I was local she DROPPED THEM AT MY DOOR STEP! Like, are you kidding me?!?! I have never met this woman a day in my life and she came through with the most stunning pair of cowboy boots I’ve ever worn. I was originally sad that I had to ‘settle’, but there was no settling with the quality of boots I got, and of course the customer service. Beyond impressed with my entire experience.

Shipping was decently fast! Package came in perfect condition. Item was wrapped in packing paper/ tissue paper inside of shipping package! I appreciate boutiques that do this so much!! Makes you feel that they truly CARE about your purchase with them and the quality and presentation of their boutique truly reflects thru shipping packages! It’s the small details that show a boutiques true colors and this boutique certainly checked ALL of my boxes!! Will most definitely be a repeat customer with this boutique! There’s been so many boutiques that I’ve absolutely LOVED their clothes offered and purchased but the moment I received my package in the mail and it’s just thrown inside of the shipping package it makes you step back and think a minute and I’ve stopped purchasing them. I know it’s something so small but at the same time it’s the small details that make the most impact on someone! When you’re investing your money in a boutique and they can’t take the extra millisecond it takes for a simple presentation for an extra layer of silly protection then it’s not where my money needs to be. Simple as that. This boutique is absolutely ADORABLE. Absolutely ALLLLL of the items the owner carries are ADORABLE. Plus, the owner herself is ADORABLE. I’m most certainly a very VERY HAPPY customer and feel my money went to the right place with this one! I’ve worked in customer service for 13+ years so I know ALLLLLL about how to do things extra for the satisfaction of a customer to have repeating customers!
