Had a little snafu with usps when my order was placed at no fault to the owners of Strutz, I didn’t know what was happening behind the scenes and should have given Matt and his wife the owners, the opportunity to make it right which they quickly and efficiently did once they were made aware of the issue. Lesson learned, be graceful.
