As I am so allergic, I contacted the company to inquire if their original unscented lip balm contained what I’m allergic to, and asked if they could possibly contact their chemist to check, as those two ingredients appear under a host of other names and even labeled as “natural,” “unseated,” “ fragrance free” or simply under the heading, “preservatives.” They could not have been more lovely and I received a rapid reply telling me that they had checked and that their lip balm was Balsam of Peru and Dispersed Orange free. Super customer service. I was even put in touch with and dialogued with the companies founder. When does that ever happen?!! Generally, with other companies they will say state that their ingredient list is a trade secret, and you have to try the product and risk a reaction. The staff at this company could not have been kinder.

Everything is always great! I’m impressed by you guys. My jasmine tin of shea did come different, like it would melt and was grainy. It just didn’t quite have the right Shea mix I think.

My sister recommended Shea brand to me. Both of us suffer from anxiety. Mine has been exacerbated with COVID, watching the world riots and a cancer diagnosis.
