I discovered SMFL when we were quarantining for Covid in 2020. When I had an issue, Jon (the owner) called me to resolve the problem. He was so warm and helpful that SMFL became one of my favorite “places” to shop. Jessica (I believe she’s Jon’s daughter) is now in charge and she also excels at customer service. Seems like customer service is not valued at many merchants now which just makes SMFL’s excellent service stand out even more. Chicos, Talbots and other chain stores are fine for T-shirts and other casual wear, but if you want something dressy or more polished or more sophisticated, you need to try SMFL.
