Everything I’ve bought has been comfortable, has fit great, and seems to be really good quality. My husband keeps being surprised when new packages come in the mail from mentionables, but after 3 kids I’m having fun finding my confidence again and wearing cute little things to bed. I had bought from Mentionables a few times over the years and I don’t plan on ever buying from anyone else. Though more expensive than some other options, their products are great quality that I feel fabulous in. The shopping experience is the biggest reason I buy here. But their customer service has always been great whenever I have had to make returns.

Unfortunately the size guide led me astray, so I returned the item but now am being told your company denied my return. I’m a new customer and purchased 2 sizes to be sure. I didn’t even try on this item returned. Unfortunately, as a new customer who followed the company policy to a T, I don’t appreciate the customer service. Too bad, I won’t be ordering and won’t recommend your company to anyone.

I ordered before Valentine's day and was very pleasantly surprised when the order was packaged the day I ordered and I received the package in time for Valentine's day!

The service was excellent! I had placed an order because it promised to arrive before Valentine’s Day, but something happened with my delivery. So I contacted the service department and they immediately sent out a replacement package for me. Superstars!
