My credit card was lost or stolen in the mail. By the time I received a replacement, my previous financial information had expired. The only site that refused to post an update was Medterra. Total frustration. After attempting many times unsuccessfully, I wrote requesting help. The staff was super helpful and apologetic. Not sure what the glitch was all about, but I did finally receive my new package yesterday. Thank you to the people who cared enough to solve this problem. Blessings.
