If you start a subscription, you will never be able to get rid of it. It is like psoriasis. I have repeatedly ask them to cancel my subscription since it was coming too often and I went through the process online. Still every two months I get a charge and notice that it is being shipped even though I've got too much of the product now. They won't notify you until after they charge you card.

My credit card was lost or stolen in the mail. By the time I received a replacement, my previous financial information had expired. The only site that refused to post an update was Medterra. Total frustration. After attempting many times unsuccessfully, I wrote requesting help. The staff was super helpful and apologetic.
