I ordered the sweet grace diffusers as gifts and the packing was not done well and all the boxes of sweet grace showed up broken- it was a little disssapointint to have to gift them in that condition.

I filled this up last week. The item and delivery were great. The customer service was not. I emailed twice. Once before shipment, once after to inquire about something and I never received a reply. II wanted to know if the gift message that I wrote was included because I did not see it on the item invoice. Pretty important to know!

I still have not received my item. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, 2/19. No further updates have been given. Just that it's running late. Very frustrating as it's a birthday present and I don't know if it will be in on time. Trying to decide if I need to reorder.
