If I could write a -25 reading I would. I ordered my shoes in 5-12-24 and pre-ordered understanding that there might be a delay. However, based on the website there said that things would be shipped out by 25 of May. After 25 May, I didn’t get an update, I reached out multiple times did not get a response until I reached out through the third-party vendor that I used to pay to try to cancel my order and get a refund. It was only until I did that, I got a response and then even still my order was not shipped out until June 23 although the label created on 14 June. It still did not receive my package until June 28. It’s unfortunate that this happened because I was truly looking forward to be an ongoing customer. , the label on 14 June still did not receive my package until June 28. Overall they still feel a little cheap. The bottom of the shoe does not have any grip so end up having to spend money to take care of that as well definitely not worth the money that was spent.

Great communication and wonderful customer service

The shoes took forever with no true communication of when I would actually receive them. The packages were all open with the boxes busting thru. I’m just really disappointed. Plus the shoes don’t fit 😩
