I recently tried the Diva cup (first time with a menstrual cup) after 30 years with tampons. I was nervous that I'd be uncomfortable, wouldn't be able to figure it out, and it would be messy. But I wanted to do something healthier for my body and the environment. Oh my goodness-- it genuinely exceeded every single expectation I had. I'm 42, have two children-- the youngest being 18 months. I have a fibroid and moderate to heavy flow. I used the size 2 as recommended for women who've had children-- which I was worried would feel bulky and uncomfortable. It was the most comfortable, low maintenance, and CLEAN period experience of my life. I'm absolutely converted and can't stop talking about it. If you're on the fence, let me help you. Get one right now. It's way easier to use, comfortable, and clean than you can imagine.

As a woman who has given birth, I cannot stress enough: Do NOT BUY the Diva Disc. It doesn't work at all. It leaks constantly, making it completely unreliable and unusable. I've been using the Diva Cup for years and love it, but the Diva Disc is a massive disappointment. It's literally the worst menstrual product I've ever tried. Save yourself the frustration and regret – steer clear of this product!

I am a huge fan of the Diva cup. It is an incredible replacement for tampons. The cup is easy to put in, doesn't feel like you're wearing anything at all, doesn't leak and the best part is that you can wear it for twelve hours. I replaced using several tampons a day with intermittent leaking with wearing the Diva cup all day. I recommend the Diva cup to all my friends. It's really not as hard to insert and wear as people think it is. The Diva cup customer support is also incredible. I replaced an old cup with a new one recently and I bought the wrong size. I reached out to support to ask about replacements and they took the time to ask me a bunch of questions to help me find the right size, and they replaced it! Diva cup is overall a really great company that makes a great product. 5 stars!

I posted an earlier review with a low rating because my 13-year-old struggled to make the Diva cup work. The Diva team reached out and they were incredibly supportive and helpful to ensure our experience with their product was successful. It's rare to have such support and highly recommend their products.

This will sound silly but I feel some empowerment with using the Diva Cup. I tell all my friends about it. I've turned a few onto the product and they've been using it for two years. I usually just empty it out while taking a shower. It took me a while to get use to my own mess because tampons you just pluck them out and you don't have to look down to see it, ya know? You just pull, wipe, wash and there isn't much mess but, yes, with Diva you have to stare down your own mess. So showering twice a day when on my period almost feels like a treat for me. I do use panty liners as a safety but I really don't need to. I only wear them if I know I won't be home all day. I just had my first pregnancy and I ordered a size up and I also bought the Disc so, I'm excited to see how they fit. I could never go back to tampons and I have no interest in trying out other brands. Diva works for me and I couldn't be more thankful.

I did write a question to DIVA asking if the quality of the absorption is affected at all if you wear one pair all day for 12-16 hours. They promptly got back to me stating they will hold a lot, of course depending on your personal instance. But I also take that to mean if allowed to get to their max fill amount, having blood sit on them all day isn't going to affect the overall longevity of them. Fast replies and fast shipping with high quality, lasting products. Highly recommend them!

Avant d’accoucher, il y a 4 ans, j’utilisais la coupe. Puisqu’elle ne fonctionnait plus (peu importe la grandeur), j’ai voulu essayé le disque. Il ne me va pas non plus. À la moindre effort au niveau pelvien, il se déloge. J’ai quand même essayé 3 cycles… c’est comme s’il était trop grand. Rien faire, vive les accouchements 😋 Pour le reste, la qualité et la facilité d’utilisation, c’est génial!

It arrived quickly

My experience with the diva cup in the past has been wonderful. I wanted to give the diva disc a try. Shipping came fast and easy, but the disc itself either doesn’t work or I just haven’t found the right way to use it. Either way, first impression of the disc is meh. It worked sometimes and didn’t others.

Periods were always a mess. Tampons leak, pads just feel gross. The diva cup has changed my life. I'm 33 years old and wish every woman in the world knew about this. It makes me feel way more in control of my life. We even had a beach vacation during my period and it was so much more manageable than I ever would have dreamed of. Thank you!

Difficult to place correctly, sometimes mooves after doing the deed. But pretty good in general.

Amazing customer support and great quality products

I had real trouble with the Disc when I first bought it and left a review at the time saying it was an extremely scary experience. The customer service team were amazing - they got in touch and we discussed options for using it. We concluded that I should continue to use the Diva Cup for the first day or two, when I was heavy, and then move to the Disc once my period became lighter. That has definitely worked for me and I've even been able to use it more than anticipated now that I'm used to auto-dumping and not so freaked out by how much messier it is than the Cup. I will continue to use both - the Cup for my 1st day and the Disc after that - it's just so much easier to insert and seems more comfortable. So I would definitely recommend it and also to persevere!
