took 2 weeks to ship out even though website said 2-3 days. also i had to email them about the shipping information, and THEN they shipped my bracelet.

I’m upset with DALMATA at the moment. It seems like they are not willing to help me out with inquiries about my ring that I ordered back in April and still have not received. I love the product but the customer service and shipping need some help.
