Upon arrival, the candle I ordered was all broken inside of its box. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and sent a new one. However, the replacement candle was not the same scent/name. I am now awaiting for the new replacement candle and hope to get it soon! Overall customer service has been great, but I wish it wasn’t this hard to get the candle I had ordered
