I received an email to review the product before I had received it, and when I clicked the button for "too soon", I received an email from a representative advising me that they had tracked down the delivery and that it was to be delivered that night, which it was. That's customer service!

I first put the round coasters in my cart, then changed my mind and switched to the square coasters. Had no problem with the cart. Had no problem with the payment --and I recently had a $367 purchase removed from my credit card charges because the company had added a purchase I had not authorized onto my bill after I left the site. So no troubles is still feeling like a big deal. (Timing is everything.)

However it does work! I have been able to taste the difference many times with hard alcohol and especially red wine. Sometimes red wine is too acidic and tart for me. However after sitting on this magical coaster for just a few minutes the tastes completely changes to smooth and delicious. And with hard alcohol it just takes the bite out. I would recommend this coaster to anybody for any type of beverage it's fantastic!!
