Two products came to me almost half already used or so, send an email and I never had an answer

Lid was broken when received, shampoo all over the box. Emailed customer service twice, messaged on FB and got ZERO response! Wish I could tell you what the shampoo is like! Also, received 2 broken pumps.

Love smell of the products but neither the shampoo or mask containers were properly filled. They seemed like they were missing a third of the product. Shipping was horrible. A mess. Had to send so many emails, texts and even left a voicemail.
