All items received are fantastic - as shown/described and of great quality. One gift item, however, was missing from on the package which had been easily ripped open at some point before delivery. I contacted immediately, including photos, description, and purchase support. A few days later, I was contacted about a replacement or refund. While the item was then out of stock, I was assured that a replacement would be posted when available. Though it won’t likely arrive for Christmas, I am appreciative of the kindness and look forward to receiving a well packaged replacement. :-)
