I placed an order in June. It still hasn’t arrived. According to them, they are contacting or trying to contact the warehouse. What I don’t know is how they are trying to contact them, whether by carrier pigeon or smoke signals. I mentioned the possibility that Santa Claus could bring it to me, as he might be faster, and perhaps it will arrive for Christmas if I’m lucky (SINCE JUNE). Maybe Santa has an appointment with them and can go faster. They also don’t reply to emails, which takes them about two months, so the carrier pigeon and smoke signals hypothesis makes more sense to me. Now, speaking seriously: Professionalism 0, Communication 0. I have never experienced such a grotesque situation in my life. I only hope to receive the order so I can burn it, to avoid giving any publicity to your product. I would define you as lamentable and ridiculous. P.S.: I’m having a barbecue today and will take the opportunity to see if the smoke signals reach you. It means I still haven’t received it. (Just in case I’m adding this clarification, in case of cognitive issues). Order #10831.

Beware, you will never get your money back
In agreement with them, I returned the ordered headphones to them, but after they received the headphones a couple of months ago, they did not tell me what happened to the headphones, nor did they refund my money... So now I have no headphones and no money...

Ich habe vor 2 Wochen die Urbanista Seoul Kopfhörer gekauft. Leider war bereits zur Lieferung der linke Kopfhörer kaputt. Ich habe den Urbanista Support für eine Lösung angeschrieben - leider keine Antwort. Im Abstand von 3 Tagen habe ich weiter zweimal den Support angeschrieben - wieder keine Antwort. Man lässt mich mit einem defekten Gerät sitzen und ich habe keine Möglichkeit, ihn zurück zu geben oder zu tauschen. Nie wieder !!

sustainability is a sham: no spare parts (and robots doing support)
Urbanista's claim on "sustainability" is just the usual corporate greenwashing: they don't even provide spare parts for simple consumables like ear pads, forcing you to throw away a perfectly fine headphone just because the pads come loose.

Urbanista: All Promotion, No Support?
Disappointed is an understatement. Urbanista seems to be everywhere these days, bombarding us with ads for their headphones. But when it comes to actually buying their products and getting help, customer service vanishes faster than their battery claims! I recently tried to purchase a pair of Urbanista headphones. However, my order inexplicably got canceled on its own. Now, I'm stuck in limbo. I can't get ahold of anyone to fix the issue or place a new order. It's incredibly frustrating. Here's the deal, Urbanista: If you're going to invest heavily in promoting your products, shouldn't you also invest in making sure customers can actually buy them? Having a non-existent customer service team is a terrible look. Save yourself the frustration and skip Urbanista until they can get their act together. There are plenty of other headphone brands out there that prioritize both marketing and customer experience.

Order never delivered and very poor customer service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered headphones on the 4th of January (2024) and received a tracking from them saying the estimated date of arrival will be January 9th. The item was shipped but never delivered. When emailing them they just told me to just keep checking the tracking. However UPS doesn’t provide any updates and as a customer it’s not possible to contact them either. I know the sender is able to do this but when I requested this they didn’t give me any answer. The tracking showed the item was in my city without any other information. Every time I send Urbanista an email, they basically told me just to be patient. Eventually the tracking said the item will be returned to the sender. I was baffled as it had already arrived in my city so even if they were unable to deliver it, I could’ve easily picked it up myself. All this time urbanista didn’t provide any update whatsoever. I had to constantly email them, only to get incomplete answers after days. They told me upon checking there was no problem with my address so once the order has returned they would resend it. The order was returned to their warehouse on January 18th. Upon asking why the order wasn’t delivered, when I can expect the new delivery or just telling them it’s very cumbersome to send the item back to Germany and then to Spain again, they didn’t reply at all. Now on February 5th I still haven’t received it nor have been giving any updates. They have not replied to my last email for a week. I also send them a DM on Instagram without any answer. I told them if I won’t receive my order soon I will unfortunately feel obliged to write a bad review. Please save yourself the trouble: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Weak Headband Quality; Los Angeles
Bought them from about a year and a half ago; used less than 7 times and the headband broke 1/3. And one of the sides doesn’t give off sound… overall good product but weak materials for headband.

Mic quality is poor
I hardly use these headphones for making calls so i never face this issue a lot, but since few days i am using these headphones for calls also and i am facing a lot of problem like bad quality of its mic.. everyone is complaining that they can’t hear me properly and also i have to speak very loudly with these headphones but still the other person can’t hear me..m highly disappointed with this product.. hopefully soon I’ll go and refund my money as they are just 2 months old and still in warranty

Just happened accident, i left them in my pants pocket and but them in washing machine for 1.4H and after that 1.3H in a dryer :D . When dryer finished i did find earbuds case and two earphones, all separately had bouched around in dryer. I thinked that there is no hope that they will work and started looking for new ones but miracle, all working like usuall :D . Can``t belive it really, case only have some scratches but all good. Build like it will out live everything. Just super :)

I bought these with high expectations in September, glad to get solar-powered earbuds. Unfortunately, they do not work very well at all! The touch controls have only worked about 5 times, sporadically, in the 3 months I´'ve had them. The microphone is terrible. Each time I try to talk on the phone using these, my callers can't understand me, so I have to quit using the buds. The buds don't always charge in the case in the sun, that is without using the USB charger. A couple of times I have gone to use the buds after they were sitting in the case and one bud wouldn't work at all and the other ran out of power after less than a couple of hours. I would like to exchange these, at the very least, but I no longer have the proof of purchase!!
