Products I bought were a child’s hat and socks. We’re are excellent quality and then service was quite quick. The let down I have, however, Is that the postage expensive,’especially given that I had ordered 2 small items.

Good service but it took 3 goes to get the right fit. He is usually XL and as it was going to New Zealand my brother who is an avid Spurs supporter had to give it to a friend - another supporter. I sent for the next size 2XL which did not come true to size so sent it back and in the end got the 3 XL. Good fit finally. This was a present for my brother, both a rugby and soccer coach at a secondary school in NZ and celebrating his 50 Years with the school so wanted to get this right.

As they said it was the 1st time of ordering and it wasn't I had to submit my passport or driving licence to which I have none so the process took a lot longer as well as talking to someone over the phone .Once sorted they did post it to me asap as a goodwill for the delay.But must say was very helpful and polite.

Overall the service is very good - delivery ordering etc. If i had 1 complaint it would the review system + 10% for doing a review? I have done 2 and not received any codes for 10% off?
