Excellent! Best in class taste, texture, smell, and usage. The purity is real and can taste the difference! Nocellara excellent as all around olive oil, not too buttery- so great for salad dressing, not too grassy nor bitter- but enough flavor levels you know you are tasting something very special!

We love this balsamic vinegar! Once we tasted a vinaigrette made with this vinegar we were sold. Every salad we eat has Balsamic Vinaigrette made with this vinegar. You need to try it to see the difference between this balsamic and the balsamic you buy off the shelf at your grocery store.

The tote is well made and looks like it will hold up well. I just wish it were larger so I could carry everything I buy from our Farmer's Market and the CSA I belong to.

I highly recommend this one! It has the taste of pistachio with a little sweet after thought! It’s great on toast and fruits, especially bananas and apples.

Worked perfectly in a Moroccan chicken dish (similar to tagine, I think. ) Several people in my supper club for whom I prepared this meal are better cooks than I am. One of them asked me about the spices, so I showed her the bottle of the Ras El Hanout.
