I HIGHLY recommend them, (pun intended haha) their customer service is awesome !! My first one didn't come unfortunately and I didn't know who to contact, but I contacted the sluggers company their selves with an email, and when they responded, they already had a new one sent out for me at no extra charge, for those saying these do not get you fried, they got me more fried than an egg on a Florida side walk during the summer, suppperrrrrr friiieeedddd lol I will continue ordering from them in the near future !
