Still waiting for the first print issue. Why does it take so long to receive the print issue after subscribing?

I tried to give as a gift to my husband, but he has not received any communication whatsoever. I changed the email on my account to his email yet he has received nothing. No physical magazine in the mail nor any email. I have tried calling in and the wait to talk to someone is always over an hour.

Good quality.

Ok, not a 5 because was not convenient to exchange a defective shirt, so ate it.
