I do not recommend if you’re looking to replace or get in touch with anyone for customer service.

Both shoes were damaged on arrival and I haven’t received a response.

I finally got the exchange done, but the response time is really bad. I put in for a return initially a whole day passed by and I still had not heard anything about my return to get their shipping label. I emailed the customer service email and finally got an email back with my shipping label and also an email from an employee saying that I could do an exchange for free. When I responded back to that employee saying that I wanted to do an exchange. I never heard back from her the next day. I went on the website and went to the live customer service to put in for an exchange. That way never heard anything back on that the whole day passed on that live customer service with no response. I had to email the customer service email again to ask for an exchange then I finally heard back about the exchange process so overall the communication with customer service is very bad.
