I can’t view any history or status to know if my membership is active or not—basic details that should be readily available to users. As a tech-focused publication, I expected a smooth, modern digital experience, but this feels outdated and inconvenient. Compared to other websites, this one lacks the user-friendliness and clarity I would expect. I’m disappointed, and I urge you to improve the website experience. Without improvement, this could push subscribers away, despite the great content you offer.
